High end CAD workstations that run the full suite of Pro/ENGINEER, Pro/MANUFACTURING, PowerSHAPE and PowerMILL software are used for design work and programmed machining of complex multi-faceted parts and tools. A Hermle 5-axis high speed milling machine with spindle speed of up to 18 000 rpm is employed to process a wide range of materials with high productivity and  accuracy.
